「ロード・オブ～」トリロジーBOX、11/25発売

　メガヒット映画「ロード・オブ・ザ・リング」シリーズが、ブルーレイ６枚を含む計15枚組の豪華ＢＯＸ（＝右画像）で11月25日（金）に発売されることが決まった。発売元は角川書店、販売元はポニーキャニオン。

　３部作の同シリーズは、日本で興収90・７億円、79億円、１０３・２億円の大ヒットを記録。ＶＨＳ・ＤＶＤも驚異的な好セールスを記録した。昨年７月にはブルーレイが単品・ＢＯＸで初リリースされたが、このたび発売される商品は、日本初登場の特典映像（計３０２分）を収録した「エクステンデッド・エディション トリロジーＢＯＸ【Ｂｌｕ‐ｒａｙ】」（税込２万８３５０円）。ディスク15枚の内訳は、本編ディスク（ブルーレイ）各部２枚ずつの計６枚（６８１分）に加え、既発の特典ディスク（ＤＶＤ）各部３枚ずつの計６枚、そして前述の初登場特典ディスク（ＤＶＤ）各部１枚ずつの計３枚。ジャケットデザインも一新し、ファン垂涎の究極仕様となった。
